We at Graystone are proud to offer our catering and wedding services at any location in So. California that allows for outside catering. We operate at many community centers, lodges, resorts, and private residences each wedding season and would be happy to bring our years of experience and expertise to you. Included in our service to you is an on site consultation after you have booked your facility. We will provide our professional insight on how to best approach the vision you have in mind at the location you have chosen. We will then provide the best package possible based on your needs and budget. Below is a sample of a package we can offer at your location.
Your Reception Package
- 6 Hours of wedding and reception service
- Full Wedding Coordination - Pre-wedding planning, rehearsal and day of wedding coordination
- Custom Wedding Cake of Your Design
- White Linen Tablecloths and Napkins
- Professional Custom D.J. for Ceremony and Reception, your choice of music, 6 hours of service
- Gourmet Dinner Buffet to include:
- Two Entree Choices for the entire party, Prepared and Grilled Fresh on Site served with our delicious Rice pilaf or Cilantro & Garlic Red Potatoes
- Steamed Fresh Vegetables, Specialty Salad, Tossed or Caesar Salad
- Fresh Dinner Rolls & Butter, Fresh Fruit Iced Tea, Water & Coffee. (See Our Sample Menu Page for further details)
- Personal Attendant for Bride and Groom
- Passed Cake Service
- Corking and Placement of your Champagne
- Guest Table Set-up including Placement of provided Party favors and Centerpieces
- Set-up, Clean-up, Servers, and Event Staff
- Bar Service and Soft Drink Service Available
We customize our programs to fit any budget, with many choices for a truly unique wedding.

Complete Package price including tax and gratuities is as Follows:
- 100 Guests = $6,995.00 Prices subject to change.
- 125 Guests = $7,495.00
- 150 Guests = $7,995.00
- 200 Guests = $8,995.00
You may upgrade to our deluxe wedding package for an additional $4500.00 for up to 150 guests or $5000.00 for up to 200 Guests. You may also select only the services you need. Ask for individual pricing.
Our Deluxe Package includes:
- Photographer for wedding and reception with 100 4x6 photos, one enlargement and album or Full day digital program with all photos on disc
- Videographer for your Ceremony
- Fresh floral Decorations for Ceremony Arch and Guest Table Centerpieces. Bridal party flowers to include: Bride, groom, Three Groomsman, Three Bridesmaids, Flower girl, Ring bearer, Coursage and Boutonnieres for parents and grandparents
- Non-denominational Minister to perform Ceremony.
- Beautiful Harp and Flute performers available
Additional time beyond the 6 included hours is $400 per hour
- China Service Package Available
- Additional Reception time available for $750 per hour
- Weddings available for up to 500 guests
- $2000.00 Deposit holds date and guarantees prices
- Final Payment due 14 days prior to event
